Shipping Policy

Using sophisticated order processing and inventory management software systems, LetsGoGreen.biz is able to process, pack, and ship your order quickly and efficiently. With few exceptions, most orders are picked and packed for shipment at our warehouse within 1-2 business days after the order is received online. Those few exceptions are related to merchandise availability, daily shipping cut-off times, and weekend/holiday shipping availability.

Merchandise Availability
With rare exceptions, all merchandise is in stock and ready to ship. In the event that one of your items is out of stock, we will hold the order until it can ship in its entirety as long as the missing items are scheduled to arrive at our warehouse within a few business days.

Shipping Costs
United Parcel Service® (UPS) is the official shipping partner of LetsGoGreen.biz. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order online. These costs are also found on your order acknowledgment email.  The rates are based on the weight of your order, the distance from our warehouse in Atlanta to the destination zip code, and your shipping method selected.

UPS has a minimum cost per order of around $6-$7, depending on the destination zip code. Once this minimum is met, the incremental cost goes up slowly. If you are only ordering one small item, it may cost you more to have it shipped than you are paying for the product. If you add more items to your order, you will see that usually the shipping cost does not go up that much. To minimize your shipping cost per item, it is better to buy in bulk.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled, the UPS tracking number will be automatically emailed to you. Please add Sales@LetsGoGreen.biz as a non junk email address so we don’t end up in your spam filter when emailing the notifications.

Service Area
LetsGoGreen.biz ships domestically within all 50 States and Puerto Rico. We cannot ship to Post Office box addresses.

Daily Shipping Cut-off Times
Most orders will be processed and shipped on the same day if the order is placed before 1 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday. It is our goal to ship the same day or next business day for all orders, but we cannot guarantee these shipping times. If your order is time sensitive, please use one of the expedited shipping methods.

UPS does not offer pickup or delivery services on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. In the United States, UPS observes the following holidays:

Labor Day - September 6, 2010
Thanksgiving Day - November 25, 2010
Day after Thanksgiving - November 26, 2010
Christmas Day - December 25, 2010

Expedited Shipping Options


In addition to UPS Ground, we also offer these shipping options:

UPS Next Day Air – Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination

UPS 2nd Day Air – Delivery by the end of the second business day, some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time

UPS 3 Day Select – Delivery by the end of the third business day, available in the 48 contiguous states

If your order is placed after 1 p.m. Eastern, we cannot guarantee that it will ship on that day. While we try to ship expedited orders out as quickly as possible, if the order comes in late in the day it may be shipped on the next business day.

Expedited shipping methods do not affect our order processing time. However, expedited shipping will shorten the time it takes for UPS to get your order to its final destination once it is picked up from our warehouse.

The following example illustrates this concept: An order is placed on a Thursday at 10pm with UPS Next Day Air. Using the UPS pickup and delivery schedule, the earliest the shipment would be available for pickup is on Friday, available for delivery on Monday – the next business day.
