Shipping Policy
Merchandise Availability Shipping Costs UPS has a minimum cost per order of around $6-$7, depending on the destination zip code. Once this minimum is met, the incremental cost goes up slowly. If you are only ordering one small item, it may cost you more to have it shipped than you are paying for the product. If you add more items to your order, you will see that usually the shipping cost does not go up that much. To minimize your shipping cost per item, it is better to buy in bulk. $99 or more in any combination of products in your shopping cart qualifies for Free UPS Ground shipping within the Continental U.S. (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). Orders exceeding 10 cases or more may be shipped via common carrier.Order Tracking Service Area Daily Shipping Cut-off Times UPS does not offer pickup or delivery services on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.  Expedited Shipping OptionsIn addition to UPS Ground, we also offer these shipping options: UPS Next Day Air – Next business day delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of day, depending on destination UPS 2nd Day Air – Delivery by the end of the second business day, some locations in Alaska and Hawaii require additional transit time UPS 3 Day Select – Delivery by the end of the third business day, available in the 48 contiguous states If your order is placed after 1 p.m. Eastern, we cannot guarantee that it will ship on that day. While we try to ship expedited orders out as quickly as possible, if the order comes in late in the day it may be shipped on the next business day. Expedited shipping methods do not affect our order processing time. However, expedited shipping will shorten the time it takes for UPS to get your order to its final destination once it is picked up from our warehouse. The following example illustrates this concept: An order is placed on a Thursday at 10pm with UPS Next Day Air. Using the UPS pickup and delivery schedule, the earliest the shipment would be available for pickup is on Friday, available for delivery on Monday – the next business day. Return PolicyYou may return products within (60) sixty days of purchase for credit. Products being returned must be new, unopened and in sellable condition. Customer is responsible for shipping the products back either via UPS or the USPS. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Please include a copy of the original packing slip as well as a note with the reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. International Shipping Now Available!
